Dr. Carol Tong graduated from the University of Rochester in 2010 with a B.S. in Microbiology. She graduated from New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 2016 with a Degree in Podiatric Medicine. She completed her surgical residency at Huntington Hospital. Dr. Tong is board-certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.
